Our story starts with Jack. Jack was Ben’s beloved grandfather who shared his love of investing with his young grandson…

Those times spent around the kitchen table studying share prices printed in the newspaper, participating in the initial floats of Commonwealth Bank, Woolworths etc, talking about the share market in general and interest rates offered by the various banks created very special memories. Ben’s favourite quote from Jack is “You’ll never go broke taking a profit”. And so, Ben’s love of investing and helping others was ignited.

In 2000, Ben was working in a boutique financial planning firm in southern Sydney. He was fresh out of the police force, with a finance & economics degree under his belt and just married. Four years later, with two small children, his apprenticeship done and the warm grandfatherly encouragement of Jack, Ben decided to take a leap of faith.

Blue Summit Financial Solutions was born.

After experiencing a larger advice firm, Ben was determined to offer warm, personalised service with a focus on client outcomes and satisfaction. A strong reliance on word-of-mouth referrals and organic business growth ensures client relationships remain the core focus of Blue Summit Financial Solutions.

Over the past two decades, Blue Summit Financial Solutions has helped people, nationally and internationally to make smart decisions with their money and achieve their financial goals.

Sadly, Jack passed away aged 99 and 6months in 2017, but we proudly continue his legacy – to help people make smart decisions with their money.
